We recommend only using Pay Now for larger donations. One of the core benefits of using Giveabl is in reducing fees for both the donor and the recipient through batching pledged donations into one payment. By paying donations immediately, this benefit is diminished as each payment incurs fixed third-party payment processing transaction fees.
Pay now gives you the ability to process a donation payment immediately, outside of your team's billing cycle. Typically, this would be used for larger or one-off donations that are time sensitive.
